Hello everyone.

SInce 5 of October i have asked a bank withdrawal and till now nothing has been received.

I keep sending mails and the answer is to be patient and that the third party (bank) has technicals issues.

Does anyone else has the same problem?

How can we push them a bit and proceed the withdrawal.

I hope my money have not been lost there.

If your account is referred by arbusers, send us via PM your account email and we will clarify everything with BIA.

Regarding the issue with this withdrawal option, initially, it was a problem only for German banks. However, as I can see from Arbuser players and other feedback, it is happening in many other countries. Bia should take action

Still no money received.
And they do not send me a prrof that they have already sent the money to their bank
So i cannot trust them anymore
Probably my money have been lost

they keep answering this (no proof that i ask so many days)

After many attempts they send me a payslip.

So they have sent the money to the bank

The problem is in bank

Hope i receive the money next week .....

20 days passed today and still no withdrawal received !!!!

Watch out there. I really do not know what is happening with BIA.

Which one is valid? You have to decide at a point. Is it BIA that is not sending you the money, or is it your bank not receiving it?

One advice from me - when you want to deposit/withdraw using Bank Transfer, just use Revolut. It works much better.

And still the problem exist

Both deposit and withdrawal bank option was Revolut

So the answer is not there

If you are not sure do not write down things that are not valid !!!!!

They have send me a payslip that shows that they have sent the order the bank that they co-operate.

I have not received anyhting though

The problem is in the ban k they co-operate but i really do not mcate where the problem is.

I got refund finally to my BIA account.

mind sharing the bank you tried to withdraw to? also, did you use the same bank account for the deposit previously? thanks

yes it was the same bank account at revolut

When you say "bank", does it mean ALL BANK withdrawal could not be processed?
Or only specific bank? Did they tell you more about this?
