Anyone have the access of API for Ps3838? I 'm trying to have the access but asianconnect said that I m on the list.
Some of you know which are the requirements? Could you give me more information to understand how have the access of that?

What is the problem... I was able to use it fairly easy until they decided that my country of origin and residens has been banned.
