Is there some square books that let you re-submit over and over the same bet even after being limited to 5 bucks?
maybe could a bot be made to do this.

Limits are set per max stake or. winnings per line, i.e. 20 € you can place 20 or you can place 4 X 5. No chance that you can use bot for this kind of action. Bookies' risk management would notice you and confiscate winnings. Bots are not allowed, also square bookies will only welcome the recreation players and not proffesionals with bots. The only place you can do this action are the exchanges.

Admiral definately does limit you after you repeated your bet a second time (regardless how high the volume is!)

Whose nasty books that limit per winnings so I will know not to sign with ?

Don't remember now but some soft do it, it can be personal too, say I am limited 20 per stake, you 20 per  winnings at the same bookie. But why not registering with every bookie you find safe. Once you re limited you will go on with new ones.
