Hello! Today i got a notice that Gamebookers is restricted in Slovenia. I was using it for 10 years until today! wtf .)
Maybe some options how to pass this restrictions? How to access the bookies which are not allowed in you country?

For Bwin and others nothing has hanged since WW2.
There are privileged class (UK , Austria ect) and worst ppl of eastern eu. Only way to become privileged to play there you must pretend that you are one of western country citizen.
If You are guilty of getting born in one of worst countries then You shall be not privileged to play in Bwin and other bookies like.
