Hi guys, hope everything is fine.

I'm a professional poker player and using Skrill since 2019 only for poker purposes, the money only go three ways ( -Poker rooms / Poker team / Bank account).
I'll leave skrill´s email down here and then talk a little bit about the situation

After an exchange of emails in which i was willing to send all the proofs they needed to prove that i am completely legal, it seems they are not interested in hearing me at all, i don´t think they are reading properly the emails either.

I have asked countless times for a contact so i can complain but they don´t seem to listen and just say to withdraw the funds and then close the account.

They are so unconcerned that they still don´t realize, after warning them more than once, that i can´t access the skrill account to make the withdraw.

I strongly believe they are wrong and they are not even giving me a chance to defend myself. They just threw a bunch of lines without giving me the real reason.

I thought and i thought and i thought and i came to the conclusion that maybe it could be for two reasons.
- Money laundering
- Multi account

For the first one, i don´t know what to say.... I always receive and send the money to the same people, as well as deposit at the same poker rooms and just transfer the money to my bank account.

For the second one, this is where i start to worry and i think skrill is acting very badly. I was hacked back in 2019 and the scammers took my ID (front and back, and selfie with ID) and impersonated me to change my Skrill account address and data.
After a few weeks skrill managed to resolve the situation and my account was ready to use.
Since it is a situation that directly interferes with me and my personal and financial security i´m here to ask for help.

I'm really scared it might have been for the second reason and i don´t know how to protect myself.
I can´t understand skrill lack of ethics and leave me in complete despair.

Skrill are scammers since the end of 2019, around.

SKrill and Neteller (Paysafe group) are thieves. Since 2 years now. Same happened to me, without any reason, since they never told me why they close my account. They just hide themselve behind those generic t&c. They are not adequate anymore to a professional standard, just big scammers

I will not call them scammers cause they sent the money to my account. I'm more concerned with the fact that they dont tell me if the reason was multiaccount because of the scammers or dont
