What system are you using to keep logs of profits and progress, looking for something simple to input data and produce charts etc etc
Any software available? I am not a much of a wizz with a spreadsheet

Hello, I use a couple of programs:
1) a file excel made by me and improved during the years in order to keep data of my bets, my bookies balances and all deposits and withdrawals. It is almost fully automated and thanks to filters you can get separate infos (by date, by bookies, by team except by sports, I've never done this function). No charts so far but it ie easy to create them through the relative button.
2) AceMoney, a software for my general accounting (but you could easily use it only for betting stuff).
If you like the first one you can ask me to sent it to you.
AceMoney is not free, you have to buy the license on the web.
In attachment some samples of excel sheets.

I think you received my email with the file...
Here some info how to use the sheet.
On 23/07 I deposit 500 on bookie 1, 400 on bookie 2, 300 on bookie 3 and 200 on bookie 4 so I go to the sheet "movements" and fill DEPOSIT cells. This automatically update the sheet "balances" .
On 24/07 I do a couple of surebets. In sheet "main" I fill row 5 and 6 with date of the bet (A5 and A6), date of the match (B5 and B6), the match (C5 and C6), name of the first bookie D5 and stake E5 and same for the second bookie (D6, E6).
Same thing for the second surebet, this case the match is scheduled tomorrow.
The first match finished and I win on the bookie1 (888a) so I write the relative amount on F5 and zero on F6.
Then I write "f" on J5 and J6 and the color gray shows me that the surebet is over.
Logically balances on the right are updated.

A couple of utilities: bookies codes must be written correctly, otherwise balances don't update.
In the hurry I can edit a wrong code but I created an alarm informing me to fix the error (in red).
The black arrows show right bookies codes, in the other cases, in column H, I get the alarm.

Doing surebets, it happens often that after the first bet, the second odd drop.
For this case I write "dg" (but any other acronym work, except bookie codes) on column D and I get the red cell informing that the surebet is not completed. I also fill column G with time of start of the match and the cell becomes yellow.
Black arrow shows incomplete surebet.
Blue one for completed surebet, not yet settled,
Green one shows surebet done 100%.
