Something is going on with Bet365 and Paysafe
I spoke with several fellows bettors from many countries in the Balkans, Croats, Serbs, Bulgarians etc. I can confirm that Bet365 is rejecting transactions from Skrill and Neteller for the last 3-4 hours at least. Could someone explain what is going on? Is this a problem only for my neighborhood or is it something more general?

Re: Something is going on with Bet365 and Paysafe
Obviously, it is Bet365's decision and they have implemented additional restrictions based on countries. I m not convinced yet this is global.
So basically both NETELLER and Skrill will become available as soon as clients make a successful payment to Bet365 via credit/debit card. The amount can be very small, doesn't matter how small.
Also, it seems that all details registered in the client's Skrill and NT wallets should match the details in their Bet365 accounts. There should be a type of IP check going on as well, and the IP of the player should fall within the national IP ranges depending on the country of origin of the player. Any mismatch might cause restrictions.
So what Bet365 is doing here, is adding an extra layer of KYC, as a credit card or a bank account means that some sort of KYC took place between the customer and the bank. I believe this is to tackle multi-accounters and those who use forged docs.
