That would be called an exchange, not a sports book. Google Betfair.

Re: Sportsbook with lay betting
I am aware of betfair.i have an account for many years but the PC is my big problem.i work to give betfair 40 % of my winnings.my thinking was that if a sportsbook allows lay betting we would provide liquidity and the bet365 of this world would not mind if a player is a constant winner.

Premium charges, I think this is a main disadvantage IF you are a winner and playing thru an Original Betfair account.
Did you try to consider betting on betfair white labels?

Re: Sportsbook with lay betting
No i did not...I like the concept of LAY betting because I provide liquidity for the market and the bookmakers would not lose anything.if that was possible a 5% comm would be fine by me
