So as you can see from the title of the post, Stake temporarily suspended my account, and when i asked why on email they accused me of multiaccounting (i never had any other account, and nobody using my account besides me), and they also want proof of funds from me (my deposit were like 150 usd all in all) im a student i dont have any source of income, so im unable to prove anything.

My bets was not suspicious at all, i didnt place many bets, mostly on main lines and in big leagues.

Can you help how should i get back my 185 USD?

So I'm from Hungary. On stake hungary is not a restricted country when i registered it asked for occupation i choosed student, and i asked what i need to withdraw they said level 2 verification which is details of you and ID card. I did it my first 3 withdraw everything were fine and fast. I registered to stake in last september. I didnt place many bets, but when i placed an arbitrage i always placed some big bet like NBA, La liga, Bundesliga etc. to be less suspicious. And i also played a lot on slots blackjack and minigames so believe me i wasnt really suspicious at all.
I dealt with some betting site before and there KYC so its not a problem for me (dafabet, 1bet, 22bet, m88 mansion etc.). But they never asked me proof of funds. And never ever accused me of multi accounting before. I would understand there point if i would deposit crazy amounts like 1000-2000-3000 but i deposited like 150 usd and won a little bit more than that.

They asking me for a donors letter from my parents or something like that to prove that i got money as a gift from them, which is nonsense imagine you have a child and whenever you give him money you write a letter to him/her. Because as a student i cant prove anything i never had a salary (in paper) never had any posession (like car, house etc.).

I dont know how can i get back my money, because they freezed my account and i cant withdraw.

Did you claim any bonuses upon registration?
Could you provide a screenshot of the multi accounts accusation? If it is in Hungarian, could you translate it in English?

How did you deposit there? Was it crypto? If yes, did you use the same wallet in the past again for other bookmakers?
Dd you receive money in that wallet for ''white sources''?

Did you upload the documents requested? I uploded the proof of address bank statement , but i told to them that i cant prove my funds which were very little at the first place, because i told them im a student and i only got money from my parents from time to time.
Did they answer to your statement that you dont have more accounts with them? Not yet its been more than 2 days without email answer, chat support dont answer for questions like that.
Did you access your account from any public hotspot or a computer outside your own? Yes, at my girlfriend house, on my phone when im outside using my mobile internet.

How did you deposit there? Was it crypto? If yes, did you use the same wallet in the past again for other bookmakers? I used crypto, used binance, binance network tether, i dont use binance network elsewhere because they are not supported at other casinos
Dd you receive money in that wallet for ''white sources''? I deposit money by myself from my bank account, or got winning there from other casinos.

This is irrelevant to your case if you say that you never used a public hot spot to access your account.
Could you tell me why is it a fuss to provide a letter from your parents declaring that they gave you this amount of money?

In general Stake.com has a good reputation, considered as a model from various standpoints. I would like to hear their opinion too, but it is only you here.

Its not a fuss i made this post to get advice, from anybody who was in my shoe, because i never heard or learn anything about the donor letter that they mention what should it contain how should i write it? Do it have to contain my mum signing etc.

Should i write it in english, or pdf? But if pdf how can my mom sign it...

Go on ask Stake.com what they would like to see in this letter.
Of course, it is ridiculous asking for these documents for just 185 USD. I hope stake.com will not become Entain.
