Hi there, Any opinions about starlotto ? Are they safe ,decent fast payouts?
I have never heard about them but they have a Nice bonus...

They suck.. big time, terrible user interface, cannot place bets until they validate your documents.
And then they wont you allow to bet singles, only 5+ matches on betslip for the lower leagues.
I have placed one normaln bet (not an arb) of 1 eur on premier league match, just to see if it is possible to even make a normaln bet, and it went on authorization, but was confirmed
