Anyone used them/using them/got a clue how to get acccess to? Is it even possible for single customer? I dont mind paying so no idea why they are not available for single customers from what I see.

They have someone who takes syndicates as customers - if you can pay, this person should be able to help you (I don’t know who does it today, but there should be someone).

I am very impressed with all the companies acting as providers of data provision of any kind, modeling, data processing and tactical analysis.
Obviously, only the Gods at Olympus in that kind of business (big agencies and some hidden entities) have access to these kinds of data, and this data is not available to non-wholesale customers.
Until they provide access to individual clients (if that happens at all), the client can simply build their own model and process their own pre-selected kind of data. The main barrier here is the very tedious and exhausting process of selecting suitable data, the chosen processing algorithm and the modeling, verification, backtesting and constant evolution of all of the above. Here big organizations have a strong advantage over the individuals, building their own models in that business.

On the other hand, it is not preferable to use tools and algorithms that everyone else uses, you'll just lose your edge. This makes me think there are some algorithms and Stats models hidden even from the wholesale customers. Perhaps the deep dedication to a portfolio of markets and their deep understanding by the user is better behavior, causing the invention of alpha and beta stages of invented models by the user, powered by appropriate data. Their constant improvement is the key. The cost here is the time spent on this activity.
