Tax/commision-free countries in EU

Hi to all fellas reading this.

What countries don't have any tax/commision on betting in betting shops and if there are any what's the % on stake and what is the % on winnings?

I'm interested in these countries:
Slovakia
Czech
Austria
Italy
Germany
Poland
UK
Spain
Portugal
Romania
Belgium

In Poland there is 12% comission tax so if you playing for 100x for real you are playing by 88x

Slovakia 6% commision for local bookmakers, but no tax on winnings

portugal:
No tax on winnings but if you make a parlay or simple bet on local bookies which the winning surpass 5000€ you receive full until 5000, but if the winning is 6000€, they will deduct 20% of the 1000€ above 5000€.
Many people do is various bets of 100€ on parlay on different tickets with payout less than 5000€.
That tickets are without kyc on local shops.
no income tax for gambling, sports betting or casinos or poker, there is no difference on law for that types of gambling.

I mean that you will be the first person that declares cash winnings in Spain.

But of course you can do it. In that case it's going by IRPF so it's progressive. Like job winnings.
