Favbet was bought recently by a Greek tycoon called Kokalis. It should be safe, but dont know anything else.
Fonbet is a Russian bookmaker with a number of street shops is the CIS countries. It is safe. They limit fast lately.
Intertops, a well known bookmaker.
Leonbets, i dont have recent info on them but they are safe.

Just be careful with Fonbet about that:

If you use Neteller as a deposit option, your deposit is processed in USD regardless if your Neteller account and your Fonbet account is set in another currency (e.g. both in Euros). This results in paying the huge FX Fee for each of your deposit (1,50-3,00% depending on your neteller vip status).

How much money is safe to be there? Does anybody know?

All my cash-outs were processed  almost instantly though I never needed to request more than 1000 on a single transaction. I would feel safe leaving a large balance there.

fonbet ..very fast limit .. ( max 10 - 20 or 50) depending on sport also they have a withdraw fee of some % if i'm not mistaken

Yes limits are fast...For withdraw to mb there is a fee of 0.5 euros, but for nt 2% (that is what it is said on their website)

Any update on Favbet? Anyone used it in the last 6 months? I see they have a nice selection of sports & odds but don't know their "financial behaviour"

Worth at least what happened in Belarus in the year 2009. Bookmaker "Favorite" cheated hundreds of people - not only the owners of the winning cards and money to your account, but also all of its own cashiers and other employees. Players who did not pay winnings, called the hotline, and the heads of the bookmaker "Favorite" in Belarus meet them all the time is the same - please wait, the money will be. Or offered to make a new bid, but instead of money given another winning card. As a result, all resulted in the fact that the office is closed on the territory of Belarus, and money no one saw - not hundreds of players nor dozens of workers.

A lot opportunities at Favbet mostly with softbokies, often with sharp on big leagues, but very dangereous for arbing, for sharbeting its ok.  A lot of strange lines (or pulp) sometimes voiding, sometimes not. Account will last 3-6 months, with stakes up to 100 EUR. Finally , withdrawal , usually limit 100 EUR per day via MB, so for 500 EUR you will need 5 days.

I have recent experience with leonbets they are safe and very fast to payments , initial limits come quickly to 50 eur per bet

Agree on Leon. Still, very few arbs there, just found some weird alternative handicaps on NBA once in a while. Not worth for arbing IMO.

Do you have source where new bookmakers can be found? Iam able to risk some money to discover some good bookmakers.

Wish I knew that source... In addition to the list in the beginning of this topic, was wondering what you know about Tony Bet , Jennings Bet and Tote Pool? First bet limits? How many bets can you place before getting limited? Reliability (payments, security etc).
