Hi guys. Sometimes when I place my bets with rebelbetting, the message "value disappeared" appears. Is this something I should worry about? What exactly does this mean?

Yeah worry about it a lot. It means bet you are about to place its not a +EV bet = betting such one means you most probably will lose money long run.

but is this something I can avoid completely? or is it part of value betting and can it happen sometimes?

Depends whats the question you want to ask.

If you want to ask if you can avoid such situation when there was a value but during the time you tried to spot bookie/particular bet, +EV bet disappeared, just dont bet it and you're gonna be fine. Guess this is what you wanted to know.

Value betting got bit complicated last years, its not "this bet holds value for sure" anymore, a whole of story to explain why. If you are not experienced just stick to what alert services shows you but its not guaranteed its gonna bring you profit anymore, depends what bets you take, what markets, how close to kick off, etc, things getting worse and worse, a lot of manipulations, without loads of experience you will not guarantee anything yourself if we speak about long term profit, its not a game of blindly relying on alert services anymore.
