I´m searching for a company or an individual to design and develop a website. I have not much knowledge about programming, so I need someone with skills in HTML, CSS, PHP and all that stuff. Does anyone have experience in this area and could recommend someone?

I found a site called Elance. Is this site good to search for programmers?
