4 years ago, i remember bwin's live was a cash cow for value bet.
all bets win.
i found some new bwin clones
but now very few arbs appearing
usually wrong arbs
and even value bets lose

Re: What happened to bwin live??
Isn't it obvious?
Bwin (and Betoto's) live is a goldmine since the early 00s. I mean, there is always a limit to the money they can lose.

They more interesting question is more like, how was this even possible for approx. 15 years. They such "ignorant" odds, one day should write a book about the bizarre things that were real in betting world in the last 20 years.

The changes didn't happen overnight. They were correcting their odds when they found out there was a losing market.
For example, I recall Bwin and Betoto being my main income in the Eurovision nights back in the days, because they practically had no limits. I could max out every bet I wanted. But then they moved by setting a max bet of 400. Again I could make thousands per night. But next year they lowered the limits to 120 euros per bet. Still something decent could be made but they kept lowering the bets up to a point that made no sense betting. Something similar happened with their football odds.

Re: What happened to bwin live??
I remember the old days when i put in one screen bet365 and bwin on the other.
They had a delay actualizing the markets.
I took one tennis game, and make bets on game winners knowing next point result.
1 bet out of 5 enter. You had a gap of half a second to press the button. And each bet was maybe a 30% valuebet. And some of them were already winning bets.

Re: What happened to bwin live??
We should start a thread with the most awesome mistakes of bookmakers hahahaha
I have a huge list;
-Over 0,5 points in a quarter of basketball at odds 16
-A mistake in the sign of the handicap.
EH-5 was at odds 81. But....they put EH+5 instead of EH-5.
-A mistake in the 67 minute aproximately of all matches.
It was the time when a bookmaker changed the line from over/under 2.5 to over/under 1.5. in that moment, they put the same odds than before and change the line. For 20 seconds you had over 1.5 at the same odds than over 2.5 some seconds ago.

Re: What happened to bwin live??
What does the situation with surbets in BWIN look like now? Will there be more surebets live or before the match?
