When the limits are with us

Fri Oct 11, 2013 6:47 pm

Hi,

We all know we hate when a bookmarker limits our account. Is annoying.

But Have you ever been saved by a limitation of a big loss?

Yesterday my bwin 50 euros limit saved a bigger loss. I had a nice tennis live arb but when I placed it, I confused the players name. It was the kind of surebet that, in case of no limitation, I place a big stake. But I was able to play just 50 euros, besides this I was able to trade it for a while so I placed a nice stop-loss.

In this case, the bwin limit saved me from a big loss and I feel grateful in someway with it.

Any similar experience?

Keep arbing!

You may be happy today but in the long term you shouldn't  :)
"Limits" limit profits and losses. But if you want to be profitable, profits must be greater than losses and in this case limits are a bad thing. You should calculate how much you could have won without these limits in all the previous bets you won (this should be more money than your loss from today).

I agree with you 100%. Just was trying to look through other perspective.
