Hi Arbusers community, I have been following this forum for some time and now I (unfortunately) decided to post.
I have been betting for few months and done it more or less unsuccesfully, lost a lot of money. I deposited all the money via my bank card. Atfer some period of time bet365 required enchanced verification from me. I had to answer questions about being responsible gambler, then had to send proof of funds. After every mail I had to wait for at least 10 days for their response. I sent them everything they requested from me and today contacted them via live chat because of being unable to login into my account. The response I got shocked me. Although I still have remaining balance (over 3700 €) they closed my account without option of reopening and will keep my remaining balance?!?!
They literally stole my money!!

Never had problem with that bookie. Unfortunately they limited me...

This is interesting. Could you say where do you come from? This will help for the following:
1. Understand the risk coming from your country of origin.
2. See what steps you could take from now on to take your money back.

Excuse me but i do not understand, one day you tried to log in to your account and they asked you kyc documents and just closed permanently your account with remaining balance?
Did you send them the requested documents?How much time did you have your account and you ask for a withdrawal request to bank account as you used to open? or you asked a withdrawal to another bank account than the one you deposited?
