Hi,
my story with dafabet : I created an account at the end of December. Validation of my account via ID card went well. I asked support before I transferred the money if there would be a problem with their withdrawal. The answer was that there would not be, at most they would request some other document, but that would be taken care of within 24 hours. I placed 8 bets on OW sports, then my account was limited to 1 EUR !!! I subsequently communicated with support both online and via email to raise the stakes, it took 2 weeks for them to reply on about the 10th message that my claim was rejected to protect me. Since then (about 3 weeks) I keep communicating with support and keep sending them the same documents over and over asking them to send me my money. Every time I get the same answer - that I should send the documents. Still the same ones. Just hell. And yesterday, when I sent the documents again, I received a message that my email was evaluated as spam and therefore I cannot send my documents to the address documents@dafabet.com. I wrote that they evaluated my email as spam, even though they require documents and sent me a response template and email contact somewhere else completely outside dafabet. I am already both desperate and disgusted by this. I have never experienced what I experienced at dafabet at any bookmaker. Everywhere else the withdrawal went fine. Never ever open an account on dafabet. They manipulate you and make a fool of you. They keep sending the same templates, then they inform you that (probably as a punishment) they will first deduct 2.5% and now even 5% of your money in the last email. They are thieves and manipulators. I don't understand how someone like that can get any kind of license.

It would greatly help understand the situation if you could answer the following:
1. What is your country of origin?
2. What kind of bets did you place? Was there a pulp, or a value outside the normal?
3. What was your initial deposit and what was the balance at the end?
4. Is there anything else that would be deemed as not normal in your action?

I am from Czech rep., deposit was 400EUR and now i have 506EUR . Here are my bets https://i.imgur.com/wp5Z4bM.png . Normal simple bets. I like totals and handicap bets on basket especially.
I don't understand at all why they gave me that limit, I didn't do anything special. Btw. for two days nothing is happening with my withdrawal request. I'm afraid to ask so they don't want the same documents again :-D

So in reality they still reply to your emails, they didn't cut off any communication by categorising your email address as Spam. In my view this is a typical DDD tactic

Now it no longer bounces back to me as spam. So maybe it was just a momentary problem. But it is true that they still want the same documents that I have already sent several times.
Dafabet is not licensed here. But if I had to bet only with bookmakers licensed here, I would only bet with one. That's not a very wide selection :-)

Dafabet is not licensed here. But if I had to bet only with bookmakers licensed here, I would only bet with one. That's not a very wide selection :-)

I can feel your pain as I've been through a very similar story with them. My account was limited to €1 maximum per bet after not more than 5-7 steam bets, each one not exceeding €10. So I placed a withdrawal request and this is when the hell began.

It felt like going in a vicious circle. Moreover, they were constantly confusing between Dafasports, DafaOW and wrong country restrictions. Their chat and email support is like talking to a broken bot that barely understands your language. This definitely could be a part of DDD tactics, as arbusers mentioned, or just unprofessional behavior. It could be the latter, as their website was a bit glitchy and their approach and communication reminded me of something Alibaba-style.

The sum I had there was minor, I considered it as a "bad debt", which helped me to cope with emotions. So here are a few pieces of advice based on this experience:
1.Take it easy and accept the fact it is not going to be resolved immediately. Sending a ton of emails and attacking live chat fiercely won't help.
2. Express yourself in a simple and brief way, as if talking to a child.
3. Focus on one thing at a time. If there is a specific issue with verification, try to resolve this issue and only once it is done - move to the next one.
4. Follow up every 2-3 days or within the expected timeframe they are providing.

Also, keep in mind that there is also a turnover requirement for a withdrawal - it was 1x at a time.

Thanks for the advice. The most important thing is to keep calm during the repair, because I already felt like I would slap someone there :-D
I just beat the turn with that last bet. My theory is that they have some algorithm that checks how fast you make a turn, which are the amount of your deposit and if you make a profit from it, they limit you.
The worst thing is to get what they really want and what is wrong with what I sent. Still the same email template without specifying what is wrong with those documents. And if you ask what is wrong, they will send you the template again :-D

It took me a few weeks and a lot of efforts to take my money out of dafabet and they applied a withdrawal fee. Asking for the same documents again and again, not replying to your email- thats what they do. So you need to be patient. Good luck

I would like to ask Dafabet users:
Do you also have only Crpytocurrency-related withdrawal methods in your account? I only have those like OpenNode Standard and some others, all crypto. No bank transfer, no check, no ewallets. This is depsite the fact that I have never deposited via Cryptocurrencies.

Did people have any success withdrawing with these methods and are they legit in the first place?

Btw, also from an EU country, so nothing exotic.

I just received the money! I found that the main problem was that they send the same email template over and over again and do not write what is wrong in the documents you send. It was only after the tenth iteration that some intelligent person was found who wrote that they missed the photos of me holding the ID card, my entire shoulders and both hands! However, the aftertaste from the extremely fast limitation and inability of the support to communicate what they actually want from me remains.

I just want to add, that after 3 weeks of trying to verify myself dafabet do payed me out full amount (192 EUR). So i feel like they are not fully a scam bookie, but i dont think i will put money there again.

I just want to give hope and help to anybody, who has problem withdrawing the money:
- the live chat is very incosistent, but sometimes you find a guy who really helps you and explain the problem with your documents other times they will just give you the same usless copy paste answers
- I sent ID front and back, picture of me holding the ID front and back (your arms shoulders and hands have to be visible!), and i sent bank statement and utility bill
- i used cozeni and tether (USDT) trc 20 network
