Guys, I wanted to ask about experiences with Matchbook. I opened up an account with them a while ago, but still never used/funded it. Would you recommend them or better to stay away. How fast do they process e-wallet withdrawls?
Thanks for any info.

Re: Matchbook
Matchbook is actually great with that 0% commission on soccer matches.Liquidity is good.
After 1st of april , i know they will charge a commission but will they charge fee on withdrawals/deposits too ? If so , that's not worth to use it.

Re: Matchbook
For losses you pay 1% on the smaller of the stake and net winnings. So essentially the amount you risk is higher than your stake and if you re-calculate the commission based on that, it turns out that you pay between 1% and 2%.It's even better than Smarkets, as long as you don't trade. Unfortunately the commission is not reduced if you place opposing bets. They have good liquidity on US sports too.

Re: Matchbook
Matchbook introduced live tennis betting for the first time for this year's austrailian open with zero commission.
They should offer live tennis betting for all events and aside from live tennis betting, Matchbook will replace Betfair in no time given Betfair is robbing its users blind, increasing base commission rate on top of their premium charge policy

As an affiliate, I avoid making business with them.
Re: Matchbook
Dont be so sure about it. Management in Matchbook is terrible. They need guidance and some times they make even bigger mistakes than Betfair. Some times they operate with external people and that really dont care about reputation.gaebiskon wrote: Matchbook will replace Betfair in no time

Re: Matchbook
Do you mean the management right now or a year ago? I heard their new management consists of active or retired successful traders themselves, which sounded like a positive thing.Arbusers wrote:Dont be so sure about it. Re: Matchbook
ex-traders? you don't need traders to run an exchange. you need programmers and a couple of marketing experts. that's it.

They also need reliability and clever ideas to get the position in the market they would like to.drhoo wrote: ex-traders? you don't need traders to run an exchange. you need programmers and a couple of marketing experts. that's it.
