Hello guys!

I deposited at Mystake and placed a parlay with full balance and it won. Then i wanted to withdraw some of the winnings. They asked me KYC which i done. Then i started withdrawal and got it rejected and had a system withdraw of 60% balance made on my account. I asked support what's going on and they said that they confiscated my money and accuse me for multi-accounting. Asked on which evidence and they never replied on it just said that i signed terms and conditions so i should be okay with that. then they say that will give money back only after video KYC and that they will return only 20% of the deposits made. I filled a complaint to them on email but they are not even reacting on it for 11 days already.

Does someone have an idea what to do?
