Re: Orbit account suspended
Being you I wouldnt have any hope. Try to face the truth, any "investigation" which last a year simply means they are not gonna pay you. There are absolutely no circumstances which would explain why on earth anyone would need a year to "investigate" anything. Do not give up for sure but do not have much hope imo. This is pure disgustin and should not happen for sure but we do live in a world we live. There isnt a way to avoid any risk in this business, guess you did your best to avoid it, shame we need to experience such theft and cant do anything to deal with it...

Re: Orbit account suspended
It seems you know quite a lot in this sector, I already noticed it from your previous post here.
I don't want you to be right here, clearly, but sensing solidarity in the message, I don't think you hope so either
I have been in this sector for about thirty years, I would have to write several books on the absurd stories that happen in this crazy world of betting.
Yet for me, after thirty years, this remains one of the least understandable of all and one that I really would not have expected.
Strangely, another incredible one happened in the same period in August with a local bookmaker, where I'm also struggling....
It's not my period hahaha
Thanks for your intervention and your support Grant

Re: Orbit account suspended
Today two months. And yes, everything as from the beginning. No motivation, no request, no timing, no updates or communication from Orbit.
I can log in, I cannot bet, on "my" orbit account, I cannot deposit or withdraw from the Bia platform also the funds not involved in the mysterious investigation.

Re: Orbit account suspended
From what I know, your orbit belongs to bia, and bia freezed your funds, not orbit mother, who belongs to Bet Football.
Talk to bia or attack their license. Or forget the account e grind another one.
Maybe you have done some shady bets on cricketbook, sets winnings on tennis or some impossible correct score result .
Be smart

Re: Orbit account suspended
It is a shame this case is going on for 2 months now. This should not make BIA, Orbit and Betfair proud, and in the end it backfires on them because of the negative publicity. It also backfires on arbusers as we are BIA affiliates. Of course, I only know the opinion of one side and I have no idea what the other side is thinking about, simply because the other side is not speaking up.
I believe 2 months are more than enough to determine if the player did any fund passing. Actually, it could take less than a couple of hours for an experienced analyst to decide if there is fund passing or not. We have seen 100s of fund passing cases in the past and they were correctly decided against the fund passers within speed of light.
It is not about match fixing also, because the player placed bets in 1000s of events and even if 1 of these events is a fix, this should not take more than a couple of hours to find out that it is a logic to place a bet in a fixed game when you place 1000s of bets to other events that are not fixed.
That said, I believe that pkpunter found an edge against Orbit and Betfair, and drunk the juice that would end up to them if he wasn't that good. It is common within our forum, several members did the same again to Betfair and Pinnacle in the past. This is because they are smarter than their traders and their algos.
Then, Orbit or Betfair decided to follow the DDD tactic, (Delay, Discourage, Don't Inform) in order to discourage the player. This is not a fair game, and it shows the low ethics in this industry. Once again, it is a clear sign that if a player is smarter than them, he/she should not go to extremes exploiting this edge, because the other side will not play a fair game.
Again, my opinion is based on what pkpunter says.

Re: Orbit account suspended
Good morning everyone ;
Three months, really? Yes indeed
Incredibly, nothing has ever changed since the beginning.
I can log in, I cannot bet, I cannot deposit or withdraw funds on the rest of the platform other than those blocked on Orbit.
After three months, I have never had any spontaneous communication from them, never had a reason for the blocking of my account, never had a request for clarification, never had an accusation of something specific, never had any update on the progress of the case.
It may seem incredible but this is really...
Thank you Arbuser for your willingness to explain my case.

I am asking this because there are some things you can do to put some pressure on all involved parties.
