Since some apparently thought it was strange that I did not start a new thread about my case, here we go.
In February 2021 I started different parlays on a French bookmaker. This operator makes it possible to enhance your ongoing bets by adding as many selections as desired. So I added live bets to my parlays for several days or weeks. On March 5, 2021, I decided to sell 4 bets because of a stupid tennis match. The total amount for the parlays i sold back was 392k€. I received the money on my player account, then tried to transfer the money to my bank account. The next day my account was blocked. I contacted the operator who made me wait three weeks before a concrete answer. I was accused of betting with an unfair advantage, meaning they suspected me of knowing the results of my bets before betting . So I hired a lawyer. I contacted the ANJ, the French online gaming regulator. They sent me all my data and the exact times of all my bets.
Several months later I obtained the exact scoring times of the goals I had placed bets on, from the bookmaker's sports data provider. This data confirms that all bets were placed before their outcome. The data provider also confirmed to me in writing that no issues had been registered during the matches.
I gave all this data to the judge. The pre-trial phase, during which each party submits its arguments, is currently taking place. I don't see how I can lose, the data I provided comes from a state agency and the world leader in sports data.
If you can read french, have a look at this forum where i posted my story. https://www.clubpoker.net/forum-poker/t ... ification/
I was interviewed by a journalist from LeParisien last week, she told me maybe she can use my story to highlight how bookmakers operate when they lose.
Anyway, i started the other thread about the spanish-bulgarian mob because i was accused on the french forum of being part of this crew, which i found rather funny. Anyway, i'll keep you posted if some of you are interested

I saw your bets and does not look like arbs...., i looked like normal betting. They blocked just because of the amount of money of course.

Re: Suing a french bookmaker for 400k€
This is a very interesting story that will make us all much wiser. In this sense I would like to thank Billy Banks for bringing it to our forum. I am highlighting that we are not the ones to decide the case, and we can never be sure who is wrong and who is right here as we only hear one side.
I am sure that a little more publicity will help your case, especially if you treat it gently and you stay within certain limits of kindness and dignity.
At this stage I would like to drop 2 relevant links:
The DDD tactic. Winamax followed it by the book: the-ddd-tactic-and-how-to-avoid-being-m ... ker-t8464/
And of course the legal action against a bookmaker: portal/how-to-take-legal-action-against-a-bookmaker/
The DDD tactic broke when the Winamax declared not being opposed to negotiations in-front of the mediator. This is a strong indication that their case is not solid.
I m very much surprised by the pettiness they showed, and the ignorance of their lawyers as you described it.
Of course, you deserve congratulations for the way you handled the case all these years. This shows you are very well organised and determined. Obviously a pro.
I understand that you will have news on October the 3rd, so I am asking you to report these news when you have them. And of course, good luck.

May I ask how much money you deposit there, like not exactly but roughly- like a few k, or 10k, 100k....? Did you win by chance, or did they make a big mistake somewhere?

Dear Mr. Blanks,
If the info in the current thread and also here:
real-starting-times-of-football-hockey- ... 574#p87574
is 100 % correct, you can influence in a similar way as in the Spanish legislation case with a famous English agency.
I wish you success.

I read that Winamax requested a postponement of the hearing for a petty reason. Next date for pre-trial hearing is December 5th 2023.

Re: Suing a french bookmaker for 400k€
I remember that a long time ago some bookies here made the mistake of allowing correlated bets to be in parley together. Some people also won a huge amount and it went to court, I don't remember outcome of this. I'm just wondering if this is a similar case. Or simply those wins are thanks to good bets and chance.

Today is the day of the pre-trial hearing.
The story simply disappeared from the French Internet. Even the forum where the OP published his case took down the thread completely. I can only suppose that a ''live and let live'' deal is made between the 2 parties. A typical end when lawyers get in. This is just an assumption though.
I hope the OP got his money back in total, and I hope to see him soon in our forum even under a fresh profile. I m sure he has a lot of knowledge to share.

The EU members' judicial system's decisions should be clear and transparent to society. Isn't there a public source for everyone to be informed about the dirty tricks of the crooks?
By the way, Winamax's margin is OMG.
