Moneybookers/Skrill

Tue Feb 08, 2011 7:06 pm

Moneybookers is an e-wallet suitable for the professional arber or trader. Almost all bookmakers accept it. Limits are the highest in the market. Moneybookers is an excellent tool at our disposal providing guarantee that money will circulate fast from one bookmaker to an other, with a low cost. A key factor in this job. Fees are lower here than these from Neteller. Moneybookers offers a cash back promotion every now and then, based on your activity. This is an extra income, that if you know how to use, it could go to 4 digits. Not bad at all.
A top choice for me.

goodmorning to the forum..!! :P
I hope you can help me with that,,,
How many ways are there to deposit money to your moneybookers account?
I have used my credit and debit card and also deposited money by bank transfering...
Can I deposit money to the card that moneybookers has sent me?

Can't help with this. Maybe you should ask MB directly. I took a look at their credit card some years back, but there were some fees i didn't want to pay. Probably MB and NT card might be a solution in the future, when anti gambling bills tighten.

Hi stinaki
in my opinion, best way is deposit to their bank via a Greek bank.
They usually tell you to deposit to their accoun at Commerzbank. I propose you to try an electronic transfer (via e-banking), so you will have your money to your moneybookers account within 3-4 days with the less cost (1.5-2 euros).

After finishing with your registration and verifications, you will have the chance to get the ''pro gambler status''/VIP member. For every country there are diferent criteria that you need to match, but in general, you need to send 5k to a bookmaker with a single transaction. Becoming a VIP member will make deposits/withdrawals even faster (by 1 day) and cheaper. You will also be given a MB bank account in your homeland where you could send money when depositing to MB.
The next stage is their loyalty club. When they see that your MB account stands well and makes significant volumes, you will be sent an invitation, calling you to become a member of their club. You will be asked to send 30k to bookmakers, within a time period of 6 months. Piece of cake for a serious player. When you meet this criterion, you will be sent gifts (flat tvs, etc) according to your volumes, or, even better, you will be able to exchange your points for real money.
I keep both e-wallets, Neteller and Moneybookers, because an arber/trader needs them both. But those last years MB became so much better than Neteller.

MBs exchange rates are so much better than NTs. Those who use much USDs and AUDs should consider about it.

just be aware of becoming a VIP - they tend to call you up wanting to offer better service (so not too perfect for our needs :( )
Then they again call you up via phone once your account is not active for longer time...

Do they call you, or do they cause problems when you send a large amount of money from your MB account, to an other MB account?

I assume they do call only on non-active accounts.
From MB to MB I think less than 2-3k per transaction could be ok?!?!?!

Just received their token. It works perfectly.
Completely free for VIPS, costs 15 euros for non VIPS.

I wouldn´t feel very safe using Moneybookers without my token by now. It´s almost impossible to hack your account when you have a token, unless your token is stolen. But even then they have to enter your normal password first, before they enter the generated token number. Its sometimes a bit annoying when you do lots of deposits but the increased safety definatly compensates for it.
